Better Sleep Tips

Here are out of 10 tips for better sleep and waking up easier in the morning.We should consider our sleep as well as the best method because of we spend  half of a day for sleep.

  1. Prepare a good bed
    • Right pillow on your head and sleep type
    • Using new mattress (Medically effect for body)
    • Using clean bed sheets
    • The bed is not worth ,reason for following problems
      • Insomnia,Snoring or other sleep problems
  2. Better eat
    • Avoid eat spicy and junk foods in the night time
    • Going to bed, eat after 30 minutes.
    • Breakfast is the very important thing for better sleep in the night so, don't avoid
